The event entitled “What do a Billion Muslims Really Think?: The Making of and the Findings from the Gallup Poll” begins at 7:30 pm in Annenberg Auditorium. John Esposito is University Professor and the founding director of Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University. He specializes in Islam, political Islam, and international affairs. Esposito served as the president of the Middle East Studies Association of North America and of the American Council for the Study of Islamic Societies. He is also a consultant to governments and multinational corporations. Among his publications are "Who Speaks for Islam?: What a Billion Muslims Really Think", "Unholy War: Terror in the Name of Islam" and "Political Islam: Radicalism, Revolution or Reform?." Michael Wolfe is the co-founder and the president of Unity Productions Foundation. In addition to "Inside Islam", he is the co-producer of "Muhammad: Legacy of a Prophet", "Cities of Light: The Rise and Fall of Islamic Spain", and "Prince Among Slaves".
